Households using eligible life-support equipment—such as motorized wheelchairs, respirators, or dialysis machines—may qualify for a discount through LADWP. We’ll help you submit
Schedule Rate Change
The Schedule Rate Change Program is designed to improve both pricing and consistency. You may see a reduction in your cost per kWh, along with a shift to monthly billing instead of bi-monthly—making your energy expenses easier to plan for.
Utility Rebates (LADWP/SCE)
Rebates on select appliances, LED lighting, and smart thermostats. For example, LADWP offers attic insulation rebates to reduce cooling costs.
Demand Response – Power Savers
Smart thermostat program allowing LADWP to adjust your AC up to 4°F during peak season (June–Oct). Earn a $55 enrollment card plus up to $90/year incentive based on participation rate.
Sun Renewable Program
The Sun Renewable Program allows homeowners to switch from a fluctuating electric bill to a lower, fixed monthly payment with no upfront cost. As the system is paid off and ownership transfers, you move toward long-term energy independence and the potential for little to no electricity costs.
Smart EV Charging (WeaveGrid)
Managed EV charging program that shifts charging to off-peak hours on a TOU-D-PRIME rate. Drivers can earn up to $650/year in combined rewards and savings including a $50 enrollment gift card.
Consumer Rebate Program (CRP)
Rebates on energy-efficient appliances and home systems — HVAC, heat pumps (up to $2,500/ton), pool pumps, cool roofs, windows, and more. Products must exceed state/federal efficiency standards.
